SECTION .0700 – ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND SEAL STANDARDS

18 NCAC 07J .0701          APPLICATION OF ELECTRONIC SEAL

An electronic notary seal shall be applied only by an electronic notary using an IPEN or platform provider's electronic notary solution.
